Free shipping is available on every order when shipped within the continental United States.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not available at this time. We ship within 24-48 hours of your order. If you are in need of overnight shipping, please contact us and we will assist you in this process.
Returns Policy
PeakAire Filters is committed to your satisfaction! PeakAire believes in the quality of our product and stands behind our commitment to cleaner air for you and your family. If you receive a product that you believe is defective or flawed, please fill out the form below or contact our Customer Service Department at peakfilteradvisor@peakairefilter.com
Please let us know if your filters were damaged during transit.
- Written authorization to return any materials must be obtained through peakfilteradvisor@peakairefilter.com. Unauthorized returns will be automatically refused.
- Goods are eligible for return for a period up to 90 days from date of purchase.
- Returned goods must be in new condition, free from dirt, odors, and writing.
- The right is reserved to issue credit on returned goods at the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
- Customer must mark outside of box with RGA # provided from above e-mail address.
If it has been more than 90 days since purchase, you may incur return shipping fees depending on the reason for return.
